Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your account: name and email, via Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication). Your listings: addresses, property facts, prices, and the photos you upload. People you add: seller and vendor names, emails, and phone numbers that you enter so the service can coordinate on your behalf — you're responsible for having the right to share them. Payments: handled by Stripe; we store what you bought and Stripe's references, never card numbers. Activity: an audit log of what the software did for you and why (this log is a feature — it's how you can hold the automation accountable).
How we use it
Only to run the service: generating staged photos and listing copy with AI, booking and following up with your vendors, sending your seller their progress updates, packaging MLS exports, and charging for what you purchase. We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos or listings to train AI models — our AI providers process them to produce your output, nothing more.
Who processes it for us
Google Cloud (hosting, file storage, Vertex AI for staging and text, Places for vendor search), Firebase (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only what its job requires.
Sellers and vendors
If an agent added you: sellers get a private, read-only progress page via a tokenized link — it shows prep progress and staged photos, never your agent's other business. Vendors get a booking link — one tap to confirm, decline, or propose a time; no account is created. Either way we store only what the agent entered plus your responses, and you can ask us or the agent to remove it.
Service email (booking requests, seller updates you approve) comes from nestwright.com. Our own outreach, if you ever receive it, comes from a separate domain and always carries a one-click unsubscribe that we honor permanently.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays while your account is active. Email hello@nestwright.com to delete your account; we remove your listings, photos, and contacts, keeping only what payment and audit law require us to keep.
The basics
Data lives in Google Cloud's US region with access limited to the operator. Nestwright is not directed at children. If we change this policy materially we'll email you first. Questions: hello@nestwright.com.
